About New Homes
New Homes was launched in 1998 following conversations with new home developers who were looking for consistent promotional support in a fragmented publishing industry.
The West Country paper was welcomed by developers and estate agents alike, establishing a reputation for going the extra mile and delivering worthwhile results.
The second regional paper was launched in 1999, with the five further editions in quick succession.
The seven regional editions now cover a large part of England and Wales and continue to offer the same successful mix of advertising and editorial to new home buyers.
After seven years and well over 700 editions, New Homes continues to develop and grow with the industry being proactive as well as reactive.
